2. Regulatory Status and Licensing

The Bank conducts its activities strictly within the scope of its banking license(s), regulatory approvals, and supervisory conditions imposed by relevant financial authorities.
Axara Corporation is subject to ongoing regulatory oversight, reporting obligations, audits, and examinations. Failure to comply with regulatory requirements may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contractual relationships.
3. Scope of Services
Axara Corporation provides the following regulated financial services, subject to applicable law and licensing:
Banking and account services
Deposit products, including Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDR) and Deposit Pension Schemes (DPS)
Loan and credit facilities
Chargeback processing and dispute management
Scam recovery and refund services
Fraud detection, mitigation, and financial risk management
All services are governed by written agreements, disclosures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
4. Client Eligibility and Due Diligence
Axara Corporation applies strict client onboarding and due diligence procedures in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti–Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information. Axara Corporation reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where regulatory, legal, or risk considerations so require.
5. Scam Recovery and Refund Services Policy
Scam recovery and refund services involve investigation, fund tracing, interbank coordination, and engagement with relevant financial institutions and authorities. These services are conducted lawfully and ethically.
Axara Corporation does not guarantee recovery outcomes. Success depends on factors including transaction timing, jurisdictional cooperation, third-party responsiveness, and legal constraints. No employee or representative is authorized to promise guaranteed recoveries.
6. Deposit Products Policy (FDR and DPS)
All deposit products offered by Axara Corporation comply with applicable banking regulations, including interest rate disclosures, tenure requirements, early withdrawal conditions, and maturity terms.
Clients receive full product disclosures prior to account opening. Interest rates, terms, and conditions may be subject to regulatory change.
7. Lending and Credit Policy
Loans and credit facilities are extended based on credit assessments, underwriting standards, and regulatory lending requirements. Axara Corporation discloses interest rates, fees, repayment schedules, penalties, and borrower obligations prior to loan disbursement.
Borrowers are responsible for timely repayment. Defaults may result in penalties, legal action, or credit reporting, as permitted by law.
8. Fees and Charges Policy
Axara Corporation charges fees for certain banking, recovery, and advisory services. Fees may be assessed either at the commencement of a service or upon completion, depending on the service agreement.
In the majority of cases, fees are charged at the conclusion of the service. All fees, payment structures, and applicable conditions are transparently disclosed to clients in advance and documented contractually.
9. Risk Management and Disclosure
Axara Corporation maintains a comprehensive risk management framework addressing credit risk, operational risk, fraud risk, liquidity risk, and compliance risk.
Clients acknowledge that banking, investment, lending, and recovery services involve inherent risks. Axara Corporation provides material risk disclosures prior to service engagement.
10. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Axara Corporation is committed to safeguarding client data and financial information. All personal and financial data are handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
Access to confidential information is restricted to authorized personnel only. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of data is strictly prohibited.
11. Ethics and Professional Conduct
All personnel of Axara Corporation must act with integrity, professionalism, and impartiality. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed and managed appropriately.
Fraud, misrepresentation, bribery, coercion, or unethical conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action or legal consequences.
12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Axara Corporation maintains formal procedures for handling client complaints and disputes. Complaints are investigated promptly and fairly in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Clients are encouraged to raise concerns through official channels provided by the Bank.
13. Limitation of Representations
No employee, agent, or representative of Axara Corporation may make representations or guarantees beyond those expressly documented in official agreements and disclosures. Verbal assurances are not binding unless confirmed in writing by authorized officers.
14. Policy Enforcement and Breach
Violations of this Policy may result in disciplinary measures, including termination of employment or contracts, regulatory reporting, and legal action where appropriate.
15. Amendments and Updates
Axara Corporation reserves the right to amend or update this Company Policy to reflect regulatory changes, operational requirements, or risk considerations. Updated versions will be made available through official channels.
16. Governing Law
